While we ARE a general contractor, the term doesn’t properly convey what we specialize in: Art & Landscape Walls, Custom Carpentry & Project Management.
While these might not appear to be related fields at a glance, we blend the three unique offerings to capture the distilled essence of what we do best: Creating spaces that reflect the end user’s goal with equal sprinkles of familiar, creative and intimate with a subtle hint of wanderlust.
Project Management
This is the cornerstone of what makes our business stand out from our competitors.
To use an analogy, think of the work onsite as a sports team playing the game, and think of the project management as all of coaches and trainers working behind the scenes both during and before the match started to provide guidance and leadership to the players on the field. We are our client’s eyes and ears, using our expertise to ensure a project runs smoothly. It’s our commitment that all issues are anticipated and dealt with in a timely, efficient manner.
Prior to the start of construction, we focus our efforts on putting together a well thought out plan that includes a committed project team, a schedule to transparently show the sequence in which it will be achieved, and a budget to track the financial well-being of the project from start to finish. During construction we track the project with daily logs of progress, weekly meetings with project stakeholders to maintain accountability, the collaborative mindset and track the real time path to completion.
Having abundant experience on projects ranging from putting on a door handle to 350-unit multi-family residential projects, we have the qualifications to be effective project leaders.

Custom Carpentry
If our business has fingerprints, they’re our custom carpentry projects that blend wood and complimentary materials to solve problems and create tasteful visual interest for our customers. Growing up in a rural design build family business, there’s likely a bit of sawdust flowing through Rhett’s veins with all the time spent on job sites at an early age.
In equal parts thoughtful consideration for the existing surroundings, meditative focus and an unsurpassed discipline to creating long-lasting quality work, we are committed to our work. We call ourselves ‘heritage’ builders, as a quiet homage to both the ancient lineage of carpenters that have come before us, and as a reminder to be guardians of this artistic craft for the generations to come.
To honor the materials we work with and our home planet, we always work efficiently to minimize waste, and prefer building with locally sourced reclaimed materials when possible.

Whether that is through a permanent mural installation or movable art panels, we are passionate about breathing new life into structures with the paintbrush.
